🏖️The Beach
Laguna Beach Access #80
A 900-foot walk from the front door — about 3 minutes with the wagon. A quieter, local stretch of sugar-white sand away from the high-rise crowds.
Sunset ritual
West End sunsets are the best in PCB. Catch them from the sand, or from the cottage's own sun deck with a drink from the bar counter.
🍤Dining & Shopping
Pier Park — 8 minutes
PCB's main entertainment district: restaurants, shops, the SkyWheel, and a Ferris-wheel view of the Gulf.
30A & Rosemary Beach — 10 minutes
Day-trip the famous 30A corridor: Rosemary Beach's cobblestone streets, Alys Beach architecture, and Seaside's food trucks.
Local seafood
Thomas Donut & Snack Shop is a West End institution for breakfast; fresh-catch dinners are minutes away along Front Beach Road.
🚴Activities
Beach volleyball
Public nets a short walk down the beach — pickup games most evenings in season.
Biking the West End
Cruiser bikes are included with the cottage. Flat, scenic riding along the quieter end of Front Beach Road.
Water sports
Parasailing, jet ski rentals, and paddleboarding are all within a 10-minute drive. Boogie boards are already in the garage.
